We provide employee benefit advisory and administration services to retirement funds, employers, unions and bargaining councils that help them navigate the modern world of employee benefit to find the most informed and efficient solutions designed for real human beings.

This ensures meaningful financial outcomes at retirement and relevant benefits in the event of death, disablement or other life-changing events prior to retirement.

Retirement fund administration

Our administration capabilities and services are well positioned in terms of technology, expertise and intellectual capacity to render a world-class service across a wide range of employee benefit services. Our administration platform incorporates the latest technological advances to assist with efficiency and optimal member communication.

Ensimini aims to support our clients in their business ventures, using our knowledge, expertise and industry leverage to the benefit of our clients. Ensimini Administration Services (Pty) Ltd is approved as an administrator in terms of the provisions of Section 13B of the Pension Funds Act.

Benefit consulting services

We provide specialist fund consulting services to assist trustees with information on all retirement fund aspects such as benefit structures, trends, legislative issues, risk benefit broking and benefit reviews. Our emphasis is on governance control as well as providing a secretarial and general fund management service.

In addition, we specialise in the management of all risks faced by trustees, particularly the management of mortality and morbidity risk, carried by retirement funds or corporate entities.
